  • Why work with Paradigm Wealth Management
    There are many things that make us different from banks and even from other financial planning and investment firms. First and foremost, we place our clients' interests ahead of corporate profits or shareholder value.   • What is a financial plan?
    A financial plan is a written document encompassing an overall review of your financial situation, taking into account your goals and objectives. It focuses on such areas as: investment management, retirement planning, education planning, risk management, tax planning, and estate planning. All plans begin with a cash flow analysis to determine monthly and annual inflows and outflows unique to each client/family. From there, we analyze, plan and recommend strategies that can help you to achieve your financial goals, whether they be short term, medium term, or long term in nature. Every recommendation that is provided ensures that tax implications are accounted for, ensuring that every dollar that is allocated to your goals is done so in an efficient manner.
  • Who do we serve?
    Our advanced designations and depth of experience give us the ability to work with families of all types, whether they are professionals, business owners, pre-retirees, retirees, etc. Our main goal is to work with individuals and families eager to evaluate their current financial well-being and wanting to continuously improve.
  • Do we have a minimum account size requirement?
    In general, the requirement for new accounts is $100,000, however, we base our decision to work with clients more on weather there is a good fit between us and the client, and if the client is serious about wanting to improve their overall financial well-being.
  • How do financial advisors get paid?
    Although there are several different ways for financial to be paid, some tend to work better for clients. At Paradigm Wealth Management we work primarily on a fee basis. That means we are paid based on a percentage of the assets we manage, and not on the volume of buying and selling of investments. This fee structure leaves no room for doubt about the decisions we make for our clients. This fee is transparent and generally much less than those charged by your bank branch or investment firms working with a proprietary model. When your portfolio grows in value, we benefit with you, aligning our interests. Insurance products generate commission, which are based on a percentage of the sale. We are committed to making all recommendations in the best interest of our clients. To ensure that we follow the best interest standard, should a client cancel an insurance policy within the first 2 years of placement, we are required to repay some or all of the commissions received.

    We are a professional IIROC licensed firm that makes protecting your money our top priority. Our unique set of credentials and licenses means we are subject to an increased level of regulatory oversight that we easily and happily adhere to, as they are in line with our own values both as individuals and as a team. We have a rigorous risk management policy that ensures a carefully controlled level of risk for our clients. We do not try to be flashy or use risky investment strategies. Our goal is simply consistent long-term growth.
